30 Days Return Guarantee Thank you for shopping at City Dweller. We gladly accept the return/exchange within 30 days of purchase . Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note overdue requests may not be accepted.
Returns
Please be noted that purchases are subject to rejection if they don't satisfy the following requirements:
- The item is unused and in original condition with all the tags still attached.
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
- The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
- No returns for size issues
- Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
- No returns for final sales.

We will only accept returned item(s) that have been initiated on our returning portal. CITY DWELLER reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items that do not meet the returning requirements. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund
